I ship worldwide, and all counties are very much included.
Shipping Fees
I keep my postage options simple with one flat-rate fee based on your location/post code. I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for all orders within the UK. For all international orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping fees will always be applied at checkout. If you have any concerns please contact me. Below I have listed my standard flat rate shipping fees.
Using a flat rate, per-parcel postage rate keeps my shipping fees as low as possible. It also allows you to place larger orders consisting of many, items for one fee per parcel.

Heavy Items and Large Orders
Please note, if you order several heavier or bulky items (lots of books, heavy thread spools etc) together in one order, the overall shipping fee for such a large order will not increase automatically in relation to the weight of your order/parcel.
Therefore sometimes when very large orders are placed, I sometimes have to manually add extra shipping fees to cover the cost of shipping a heavy parcel. Any parcels/boxes over 2kg really increase shipping fees! In such cases, extra shipping fees will always be discuseed with you via email and in advance of me shipping your order. For heavy parcels I often work with a courier or Parcel Force services.
Customs, Taxes & Import Tariffs
From August 2025, please note that all USA import tariffs/fees are paid by me Jessie before a parcel leaves the UK. Any such fees will be covered in the overall flat rate shipping fee which you pay me, Jessie, when checking out from this online shop. If you are in Europe the exact same system (as for the USA) applies. Any import fees for parcels going to Europe are paid for in advance of your order leaving the uk. And just to clarify any such import fees for European orders are included in the overall flat rate fee, which you pay me when checking out from this shop.
Other countries may vary slightly. But usually I can always pay any import fees before your orders leaves the UK. This means that as a customer of mine, you will not be charged any extra import fees.
Please note, that the price of postage which is always printed on all internation parcel address/shipping labels, is the price of the parcels postage cost only. Custom fees and international tariff fees, do not appear printed on your address/shipping labels. I process and pay for these fees seperately to your final shipping/Royal Mail postage costs.
Payments or How to Pay for an Order
I accept all major debit and credit cards from all countries. I use a highly secure online check out and payment system called Stripe. I do not accept PayPal, this is purely because of the high fees PayPal demand.
My Packaging & Mini Gifted Embroidery Templates
My flat rate shipping fees include a small percentage towards my beautiful hand-crafted, signature Jessie Chorley packaging. I am passionate that my products and parcels should delight and inspire my loyal customers. All items are lovingly and personally prepared, wrapped and shipped by me, and I always include a free mini embroidery template with each order.
Confirmation of Shipping
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from me containing a unique Royal Mail tracking code.
Please enter this code at Royal Mail to track your parcel.
These confirmation emails can sometimes land in your junk mailbox! Please check if you are waiting for confirmation of your order being shipped. It’s great to work together and to make sure your precious parcel arrives safely.
Are your Details Correct?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice a typo in your address or other information in your orders confirmation email.
Whilst I do my best to check all orders before shipping, mistakes do sometimes occur. If an address is wrong and a typo gets through my shipping system, packages can go missing. In such situations, I do not take any responsibility for missing parcels.
It’s vital that you take care when supplying your address, and that you check the confirmation email to ensure that your details are correct.
Delivery Times
I dispatch orders within 3-4 working days of receiving them. Sooner if I am in the studio! If I am away from my studio teaching, it may be a little longer. If you have any questions about your order, or if you need an order sent quickly please contact me.
UK delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch
Australia delivery: 7-10 working days after dispatch
USA delivery: 5-7 working days after dispatch
Rest of World / all other countries delivery: 5-7 working days after dispatch
Unclaimed Packages UK
If you are unable to recieve your order at the time of delivery, please note that your local Royal Mail office (UK) will only hold your parcel for 14 days before returning it to me, the sender. If an unclaimed parcel is sent back to me in an undamaged state, I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover Royal Mail’s return shipping fees.
Unclaimed Packages All Other Countries
If you are unable to recieve your order at the time of delivery, please contact your local post office or delivery service. If an unclaimed parcel is sent back to me in an undamaged state, I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds
I do not issue refunds for any items purchased from this online shop. If you have placed an order and then notice that you have ordered an incorrect item, dont worry! Please just contact me immediately and I will manually adjust things and make sure you are sent the correct item.
